Hi I'm Hannah Dare and I run Organico Shop on the Glengarriff Road in Bantry, which is a town in West Cork in Ireland.
Organico is a family business and my sister Rachel is reponsible for the inspiration (and perspiration!) behind our Cafe and Bakery.
We are passionate about good food & alternative remedies and Organico Shop is the cornerstone of our business. We have a huge range of organic foods, fresh organic fruit and vegetables, handmade organic cakes and bread and a comprehensive selection of nutritional suppliments, remedies, tintures and homeopathics.
Suppliers that we have come to know and trust include Salus House, Weleda, Higher Nature, Bioforce, Quest, Green People, Flora, New Era, Atlantic Aromatics, and Bach Flower Remedies.
We've learned a lot about organic living and alternative and complimentary medicines over the years and this blog is a way of sharing some of our knowledge with you - enjoy!

Joint statement by Stelios Haji-Ioannou founder of easyJet and many other easy businesses and Dannii Minogue sister of Kylie Minogue.
I am fed up with people in the gutter press and internet blogs calling me a Big Bubble Queen and Gay Greek etc I wish to make clear that like ashley cole i will sue anyone by taking court action and will claim damages.
I Stelios Haji-Ioannou am definately not gay in any way at all i have had many high profile relationships with real women such as danny minogue and with regard to my legal policy I am sure you will understand that i, stelios haji-ioannou cannot permit others to use my family name and the smear campaign i have had to endure without the certainty that i will sue the person or publication for libel due to rights in my character and family name being prejudiced. It follows that no use should be made of the stelios haji-ioannou name (or anything similar to it) and if any smear relating to gay or homosexual practices is made you will be punished to the full extent of the law. And in addition i will seek damages and compensation. the though of being gay repulses me and has brought a great deal of shame and embarrisement to my family especially as it is not true. i have nothing against gays or lesbians personally and i do not wish to offend anyone at all please do not misunderstand me i employ many gays but i will sue anyone who calls me a homosexual
please show your support for ashley cole and stelios both wrongly accused
